Founded in 2013 by real estate industry veteran Michael Neuman, CCIM, a Realtor, Real Estate Broker, and Right Away Agent in Austin, Texas, Texas Lone Star Title, LLC began in a 300-square-foot office with one mission: deliver trusted title services across Texas.

Today we:

In 2016 , we acquired Guaranty Title & Abstract Company in Jim Wells and Duval Counties, a firm originally founded around 1902. This office houses the Jim Wells, Duval, McMullen, and Matagorda County title plants, with records dating back to sovereignty. www.guarantytitletexas.com

In 2017, we acquired McMullen County Title & Abstract Company, with historical title records dating back to the 1830s. McMullen County is recognized as one of the wealthiest counties in the United States, largely due to significant oil and gas royalties from the Eagle Ford Shale. www.mcmullencountytitle.com   

In 2018, we acquired Colorado City Title Company and Mitchell County Title Company, including two sovereignty title plants with data originating from the 1800s, along with historical land records associated with the formation of Mitchell County by the State of Texas. www.westtexastitlecompany.com 

In 2019, we acquired Nueces Title, founded in 1980, now operating two established offices in Corpus Christi, Nueces County. www.nuecestitlecompany.com 

In 2022, we acquired Admiral Title Company in Bay City, Matagorda County. www.admiraltitle.com

In 2024, we expanded further by acquiring Atascosa Title Company in Pleasanton, Atascosa County, which had been operating for more than 45 years. www.atascosatitlecompany.com 

As of February 2026, we have initiated a new title operation under the name Victoria Title Company, which will service Victoria, Bee, Jackson, and Calhoun Counties.  We are currently in the process of acquiring title plants in the region.
